- Soundproofing: Duck liner (I use 1 1/2 box)
- Insulation: 3M Thinsulate (I use 25 ft liner)
- Floor insulation: 1 inch Rigid form (1 use 3 sheets)
- Floor subfloor: 1/2 inch Birch plywood (I use 3 sheets)
- Framing: 3/4 inch Birch plywood (I use 1 sheet)
